What topics can we discuss?
Mentoring is tailored to your goals. Common topics include discovering your message, devotional writing, publishing articles, branding, sustainable marketing, organizing your creative work, and faithfully navigating seasons of waiting and uncertainty.
What if I don't consider myself a writer?
That's perfectly okay. While much of my experience comes from writing and publishing online, the principles of faithful stewardship apply to anyone seeking to use their gifts to glorify God and serve others.
Do I need to have something published before booking?
Not at all. Whether you are just beginning to explore what God may be calling you to create or have been writing for years and simply want clarity about your next step, this session is for you!
What happens during a mentoring session?
Before each session, I'll have you fill out a short questionnaire so I can understand your story and what you're hoping to accomplish. During our time together, we'll pray, talk through your questions, work through a framework that's relevant to your situation, and identify one or two practical next steps. Afterward, you'll receive a personalized action plan and recommended resources.
Will you edit my manuscript?
No. I can't promise specific outcomes, and I believe those ultimately belong to God. My goal is to equip you with practical tools, biblical encouragement, and faithful next steps so you can steward the opportunities He places before you with wisdom and integrity.
Do you guarantee publication or platform growth?
I'll always be honest about the limits of my experience. If I don't know the answer, I'll tell you. I won't teach beyond what I've personally lived, learned, or studied. My desire is to encourage you with biblical wisdom, practical experience, and thoughtful guidance: not to pretend I have every answer.
What if you don't know the answers to one of my questions?
My mentoring is primarily focused on encouragement, strategy, and practical guidance rather than line editing. If you'd like feedback on a devotional, article, or a short sample of your writing, we can discuss that during our session as time allows.
